Agreement

These terms govern use of ClassABC by staff of subscribing schools. The school's service agreement with Speech Pathology for Schools takes precedence if it conflicts with these terms.

Accounts

• Accounts are issued to school staff by their school or through the school's single sign-on.
• Keep your sign-in details confidential and do not share accounts.
• Tell your school administrator straight away if you suspect your account has been misused.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for teaching, assessment and planning at your school.
• Enter only the student information your school has authorised.
• Do not include student information in support tickets or AI prompts beyond what the task needs.
• Do not attempt to access another school's data, probe for security weaknesses without written permission, or disrupt the service.

AI-generated content

AI suggestions are drafts to support professional judgement. Review them before relying on them, and do not use them as the sole basis for decisions about a student.

School data

The school owns its data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and return or delete it when the agreement ends.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided without guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We will give schools reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
